Order Status / Reorder:

To check your order status or to reorder items, please have your order confirmation code and the shipping zip code.  Click here and then choose the appropriate link at the bottom of the next page.

Guarantee:  

Non-Personalized Items-We will accept returns on all non-personalized items within 7 days after delivery.  If you are not satisfied for any reason, email us at customerservice@weddinginvitationsetc.com within the 7 day time period to receive a return authorization number.  The item(s) must be returned unused with the original packaging.

Personalized Items-  We do not accept returns on personalized items unless an error is made by the printer.  It is very important to make sure that all information that you provide for personalized items is correct.  We do our best to make sure each item is shipped exactly as it is ordered.  Please contact us as soon as possible if you have a concern with your order.  

Shipping:

Standard Wedding Invitations and other wedding stationery will ship in 24-48 hours.

Engraved Wedding Invitations and other wedding stationery will ship in 5 business days.

Specialty Products will ship in approximately 15 days.

NOTE: Most orders are shipped UPS Ground Service. Be sure to add on the appropriate shipping time (2-7 days) based on your location and shipping service level. For an expedited shipping service, please indicate method on shipping screen.
